VP, Community Bank Manager (Mainline)
Our client, a well-positioned regional bank with $5 Billion in assets is sourcing a “solid” BDO who can lead the branch team while maintaining COI’s throughout the territory.
The incumbent will be tasked with gathering deposits & sourcing commercial loans. Also, this role will be responsible for team performance as well.

VP, Commercial Lender (Chestco/Delco)
KCP is ACTIVELY interviewing for a VP, Commercial Lender.
Our client, a $3 billion community bank, has grown significantly in the last several years and has positioned itself for future expansion.
The group targets loans between $250M-$3MM throughout the 5-county market.
Ideally, we would prefer to have someone who is active in Delco or throughout SEPA.
EVP-Chief Credit Officer
Position Summary:
Provides senior-level leadership for the Bank’s lending process and Credit Administration function, with responsibility for credit policy governance, loan approval oversight, portfolio quality, and credit risk management. Guides relationship managers, credit personnel, and direct reports; approves loans within assigned lending authority; recommends approval for loans exceeding authority; and supports the maintenance of a high-quality, profitable loan portfolio.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Exercises decision-making and signing authority, including credit approvals, overdraft sign-offs, and wire approvals, consistent with Bank policies.
- Serves as a member of the Management Loan Committee and attends Board of Directors meetings when loan matters are discussed; oversees completion of meeting minutes for both.
- Provides recommendations to management on loan portfolio quality, underwriting standards, credit policy weaknesses, and monitoring of loans with elevated or changing risk ratings.
- Advises management and the Board of Directors, jointly with the Chief Lending Officer, on the formulation, revision, and approval of the Credit Policy.
- Monitors and ensures lender adherence to the Bank’s lending policies and operating procedures, including review of exception reports, delinquency reports, and related controls.
- Promotes teamwork, communication, and efficient workflow while developing practical solutions to credit-related challenges.
- Works collaboratively with Relationship Managers, Loan Administrators, retail staff, and other team members to support organizational goals.
- Facilitates the loan review process, currently outsourced to Ardmore Banking Advisors, and serves as a key contact for audit and compliance functions.
- Provides leadership and guidance to Credit Officers and Credit Department management; supports information flow, department productivity, customer service, employment interviews, staffing needs, and performance expectations.
- Manages special projects as needed to implement new credit products, procedures, policies, or software tools, and assumes additional responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in bank lending preferred, with in-depth knowledge of credit analysis, banking laws, regulations, and regulatory requirements.
- Working knowledge of bank operations and branch functions.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, management, written and oral communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lead others, manage tasks, train personnel, and evaluate the performance of assigned staff.
- Bachelor’s degree required, or equivalent work experience in Finance or Accounting.
VP/Branch Manager (Chestco)
KCP is partnering with a regional bank that is hiring a Branch Manager/BDO to build and maintain Commercial & Retail relationships throughout one of the bank’s stronger footprints.
Due to internal promotion, we are seeking a new Leader to be the face of the bank while coaching & managing the branch sales team.
Our ideal candidate would be one who is looking to get out of the branch and create more business opportunities in the community.
Also, strong COIs throughout the SEPA market is a MUST have.
Salary for this opportunity is up to a $100K base, plus bonus incentive.

VP/Private Banker (Expanding Markets)
(Philadelphia, Chester, and Montgomery Counties)
We are partnering with a Regional client who is expanding their Private/Wealth strategies throughout the bank's Delaware Valley footprint. We are ACTIVELY sourcing for multiple roles.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Serves as a member of the organization's sales team; makes sales calls where these types of calls will improve the opportunity for new business development.
- Shares the value of Private Banking with clients who may be eligible
- Assists customers in obtaining specialized services from other departments as necessary; provides help to customers with specific inquiries or service problems.
- Maintains a thorough knowledge of the features and benefits of all bank products and services to ascertain customer needs and to sell in conjunction with these needs.
- Actively manages client banking relationships through an advice-based approach, ensuring each client receives the best products and services for his or her needs.
- Partners with specialists in other areas of the bank such as Trust and Wealth Management Services, Risk Management Services and Mortgage Bankers to connect customers to experts who can help them with specialized financial needs.
- Solicits new business from present and prospective customers; maintains ongoing business and consumer relationships with present customers to take advantage of additional cross-selling opportunities.
- Makes lives of clients more convenient by sharing and setting up self-service options to access their account 24 hours a day/7-days a week.
- Monitors individual sales performance versus objectives on a regular basis; discusses performance with appropriate supervisor on a frequent basis.
- Maintains an active role in community affairs to improve the company’s visibility in the area; serves on various civic committees to increase company community involvement.
- Effectively utilizes the Customer Relationship Management program to track customer sales and service activities as well as cultivate prospective opportunities within the office’s market area.
- Follows the company’s Customer Identification Policy (CIP) to ensure accurate identification of customers during the account opening process.
SVP, Middle Market RM (Greater Philadelphia)
KCP is partnering with a major regional player who has been quite aggressively lending money on the street throughout the 5-county market of Philadelphia in the last few years.
The region is led by a highly regarded, local decision maker and the team’s focus is within the Private Equity space.
The ideal candidate would be an established individual with a current portfolio targeting sales sizes up to $1Bn.
Current compensation package for this role would be in the range of $250K - $275K with bonus incentive.
