VP/Branch Manager (Chestco)

KCP is partnering with a regional bank that is hiring a Branch Manager/BDO to build and maintain Commercial & Retail relationships throughout one of the bank’s stronger footprints.

Due to internal promotion, we are seeking a new Leader to be the face of the bank while coaching & managing the branch sales team.

Our ideal candidate would be one who is looking to get out of the branch and create more business opportunities in the community.

Also, strong COIs throughout the SEPA market is a MUST have.

Salary for this opportunity is up to a $100K base, plus bonus incentive.


 


SVP-Head of Government Lending (Philadelphia)



KCP is partnering with a well-regarded regional bank whose footprint stretches throughout New Jersey to the Greater Del Vall.

The bank has been growing in the last few years and has positioned itself for future growth. We are in search of the bank’s next Head of Government Lending.

The incumbent will be responsible for growing the government banking portfolio while meeting annual production goals. (Loans & Deposit)

Collaborate directly with the CRO and Retail staff to successfully convert business.


 


Treasury Management RM’s (Greater Philadelphia/S.NJ)



KCP is partnering with a regional bank that is expanding its C&I business throughout New Jersey to Southeastern Pennsylvania.

Due to the expansion, we are recruiting for several open TM roles.

SVP-Commercial Team Leader (Middle Market) (Philadelphia)



KCP is partnering with a longstanding regional client that is searching for a Middle Market Team Leader to manage an existing team and portfolio. (Due to an internal promotion)

The bank is a heavy C&I hitter throughout the Del Vall and is expanding by merger and organic growth.

Average exposures are between $5MM-$10MM.

*At least 3-5 years managing a Commercial Lending team.


 


SVP-C&I Team Leader



KCP is partnering with a well-known regional bank that has repositioned itself to expand its C&I business in 2026.

We are recruiting an SVP-C&I Team Leader to lead the bank’s build-out efforts throughout Lehigh Valley.

The incumbent will be someone who has built/managed a major portfolio and has led successful teams of RM’s with stellar credit execution.

Because of the bank’s aggressiveness & size, its ability to do deals across the entire spectrum (Business Banking/Middle Market/Mid-Corp) makes this opportunity quite intriguing for the RIGHT player.


 


VP/Private Banker (Expanding Markets)

(Philadelphia, Chester, and Montgomery Counties)



We are partnering with a Regional client who is expanding their Private/Wealth strategies throughout the bank's Delaware Valley footprint. We are ACTIVELY sourcing for multiple roles. 
 
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
 
  • Serves as a member of the organization's sales team; makes sales calls where these types of calls will improve the opportunity for new business development.
 
  • Shares the value of Private Banking with clients who may be eligible
 
  • Assists customers in obtaining specialized services from other departments as necessary; provides help to customers with specific inquiries or service problems.
 
  • Maintains a thorough knowledge of the features and benefits of all bank products and services to ascertain customer needs and to sell in conjunction with these needs.
 
  • Actively manages client banking relationships through an advice-based approach, ensuring each client receives the best products and services for his or her needs.
 
  • Partners with specialists in other areas of the bank such as Trust and Wealth Management Services, Risk Management Services and Mortgage Bankers to connect customers to experts who can help them with specialized financial needs.
 
  • Solicits new business from present and prospective customers; maintains ongoing business and consumer relationships with present customers to take advantage of additional cross-selling opportunities.
 
  • Makes lives of clients more convenient by sharing and setting up self-service options to access their account 24 hours a day/7-days a week.
 
  • Monitors individual sales performance versus objectives on a regular basis; discusses performance with appropriate supervisor on a frequent basis.
 
  • Maintains an active role in community affairs to improve the company’s visibility in the area; serves on various civic committees to increase company community involvement. 
 
  • Effectively utilizes the Customer Relationship Management program to track customer sales and service activities as well as cultivate prospective opportunities within the office’s market area.
 
  • Follows the company’s Customer Identification Policy (CIP) to ensure accurate identification of customers during the account opening process.


 


SVP, Middle Market RM (Greater Philadelphia)



KCP is partnering with a major regional player who has been quite aggressively lending money on the street throughout the 5-county market of Philadelphia in the last few years.

The region is led by a highly regarded, local decision maker and the team’s focus is within the Private Equity space.

The ideal candidate would be an established individual with a current portfolio targeting sales sizes up to $1Bn.

Current compensation package for this role would be in the range of $250K - $275K with bonus incentive.
