SVP-C&I Team Leader



KCP is partnering with a well-known regional bank that has repositioned itself to expand its C&I business in 2026.

We are recruiting an SVP-C&I Team Leader to lead the bank’s build-out efforts throughout Lehigh Valley.

The incumbent will be someone who has built/managed a major portfolio and has led successful teams of RM’s with stellar credit execution.

Because of the bank’s aggressiveness & size, its ability to do deals across the entire spectrum (Business Banking/Middle Market/Mid-Corp) makes this opportunity quite intriguing for the RIGHT player.


 
 

Small Business Lending Executive (Philadelphia)



KCP is actively engaged with a well-known regional bank in the Central PA market that is also in growth mode for 2026.

We are recruiting for a Small Business Lending Executive in Philadelphia.

The incumbent will represent one of the bank’s most profitable branches in the city and will service clients with borrowing needs up to $5MM.

(SBA experience is a MUST/Lines of Credit/Deposit Business)


 


VP/Private Banker (Expanding Markets)

(Philadelphia, Chester, and Montgomery Counties)



We are partnering with a Regional client who is expanding their Private/Wealth strategies throughout the bank's Delaware Valley footprint. We are ACTIVELY sourcing for multiple roles. 
 
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
 
  • Serves as a member of the organization's sales team; makes sales calls where these types of calls will improve the opportunity for new business development.
 
  • Shares the value of Private Banking with clients who may be eligible
 
  • Assists customers in obtaining specialized services from other departments as necessary; provides help to customers with specific inquiries or service problems.
 
  • Maintains a thorough knowledge of the features and benefits of all bank products and services to ascertain customer needs and to sell in conjunction with these needs.
 
  • Actively manages client banking relationships through an advice-based approach, ensuring each client receives the best products and services for his or her needs.
 
  • Partners with specialists in other areas of the bank such as Trust and Wealth Management Services, Risk Management Services and Mortgage Bankers to connect customers to experts who can help them with specialized financial needs.
 
  • Solicits new business from present and prospective customers; maintains ongoing business and consumer relationships with present customers to take advantage of additional cross-selling opportunities.
 
  • Makes lives of clients more convenient by sharing and setting up self-service options to access their account 24 hours a day/7-days a week.
 
  • Monitors individual sales performance versus objectives on a regular basis; discusses performance with appropriate supervisor on a frequent basis.
 
  • Maintains an active role in community affairs to improve the company’s visibility in the area; serves on various civic committees to increase company community involvement. 
 
  • Effectively utilizes the Customer Relationship Management program to track customer sales and service activities as well as cultivate prospective opportunities within the office’s market area.
 
  • Follows the company’s Customer Identification Policy (CIP) to ensure accurate identification of customers during the account opening process.


 


SVP, Middle Market RM (Greater Philadelphia)



KCP is partnering with a major regional player who has been quite aggressively lending money on the street throughout the 5-county market of Philadelphia in the last few years.

The region is led by a highly regarded, local decision maker and the team’s focus is within the Private Equity space.

The ideal candidate would be an established individual with a current portfolio targeting sales sizes up to $1Bn.

Current compensation package for this role would be in the range of $250K - $275K with bonus incentive.


 


VP/SVP Commercial Loan Officers’ (Southern & Northern NJ)




KCP has 2 immediate spots with a well-known Regional C&I team in Southern Jersey.

Our client has been an established Regional Bank throughout PA/NJ/NY for over 8 decades.

The bank is quite active on the C&I side as well, and we are recruiting & rewarding solid players with “strong” books to capture market share throughout the Region.


 


VP, Commercial Loan Officer (Bucks County)



KCP is partnering with a growing Community Bank in the Bucks county market that is looking to expand their team in Doylestown.

The team targets sales up to $75MM and is led by a well-regarded C&I Leader who has “strong” ties throughout the local market.

The team provides full support staff, local decision making, and genuine community feel.


 


VP, Commercial Loan Officers (Mainline)



KCP has been given the opportunity to partner with two regional banks that are growing their C&I and CRE business throughout SEPA.

Our clients are looking for an established Lender targeting sales between $50MM-$75MM.

We are open to network with both CRE & C&I Lenders.

Compensation for these roles would be up to $190K-$195K, plus sign on, and bonus incentive.
